Plant ceremonies offer a direct way of connecting with the spirit of the plant to let healing and transformation occur. Plants have unique ways of dreaming that can open us to the unseen world, where we can meet and understand their conscious intelligence, and bring us wisdom and healing on many levels.  Healing that can help in dealing with past trauma, anxieties, negative thought forms and processes, and encourage spiritual growth and new, healthy relationships with ourselves and others.

Wisdom of Psilocybin Mushroom

Mushroom are one of the ultimate tools of transformation and spiritual growth.  Recent scientific findings have demonstrated the medical and other life-changing benefits of the key ingredient – psilocybin.  Psilocybin is the primary chemical agent behind the psychedelic effects of magic mushrooms, when consumed orally the liver converts psilocybin into psilocin. Psilocin then binds to a subset of serotonin receptors in the brain and the psilocin activates pathways that ultimately cause the brain to communicate in non-ordinary ways.

This 17th century marvel, once a hub for mixed farming and a cherished family home through the decades, has now metamorphosed into an extraordinary retreat.

A retreat like no other, admits acres of serene countryside with outstanding view where tranquility meets transformation.

Rooms are spacious and light, and all accommodation is shared with limited single supplements available.  Linens and towels are provided.

I’ve been fortunate to train with many notable practitioners over the years, in both spiritual and psychological forms, most notable in recent, Gabor Mate…So I guess I’m an old hand and not so easily impressed and also possess high expectations…What I observed here, was the the gentle knowledge of many years in service to this work, a profound respect and – much needed, a humble (and irreverent at times) leading. Andy is a delight, a real human and a playful wise soul, who has earned and trod this path. His generosity and compassion and also fierce respect of the work – holds the substance. I’ve considered long and deep the plant med wisdom, but Andy steps out of the way enough to honour the essence of their wisdom and carefully guide the group – with humour and grace.
